Total Solution Technologies also offers same day services and repairs on all Total Solution Technologies products under Maintenance Contract and warranty.
Maintenance Contracts
Total Solution Technologies undertakes the responsibility of maintaining computers and printers' equipment in large multinational enterprises, which includes 4 equipment-servicing sessions annually as a standard. All parts of the equipment are covered and in case of any failure, an exact backup or replacement is provided so that the work of the customer does not suffer. Customers are given top priority regarding the most prompt responses avoiding any reluctance in the customer's work cycle. Maintenance contracts are offered to reduce the Mean Time Before Repair.
